Dogfalls Brewing Co.

Inverness

Brewed properly, locally, and with care, Dog Falls is all about beer that belongs to Inverness. Made for mates, moments, and memories. DFBC x Hou Hou Mei – Hoose Rice (Japanese Rice Lager, 5.0%) – brewed exclusively for our pals at Hou Hou Mei, crisp and refreshing. Colloidoscope (Hazy Session Pale, 4.3%) – our OG signature, bursting with bright tropical hops. Awaroa (NZ Brut IPA, 6.8%) – white grapes, champagne yeast & NZ hops. TBA – something big, dark & probably barrel aged… a rare treat straight from the back of the cold store!

Cromarty Brewing Co.

Cromarty Firth

A family-run, multi award-winning craft brewery based in the picturesque Cromarty Firth. Not the Foggiest – NEIPA, (4.1%) Soft and fluffy with low bitterness and a colossal hit of juicy American hops. Happy Chappy – Pale Ale, (4.1%) Bursting with crisp citrus and tropical hop notes from the USA and New Zealand. 80/- – Traditional 80, 4.3% A rich and characterful Scottish export ale with roasted malt and caramel sweetness. Lager – Helles Style Lager, (4.4%)Crisp, clean, and ridiculously refreshing.

Thistly Cross

Dunbar, East Lothian

Scotland’s Original Cidermaker, renowned worldwide for crafting bold, characterful ciders that celebrate Scottish heritage and flavour. Cloudy (5.5%) – A traditional farmhouse-style cloudy cider with a crisp apple tang. Scottish Fruits (3.4%) – A juicy blend with berries. Elderflower (3.4%) – Light, floral, infused with elderflower. Whisky Cask (6.7%) – Matured in whisky casks. Rum Cask (7.0%) – Aged in rum barrels for layers of molasses, spice, and tropical fruit. Mango (3.4%) – A vibrant tropical twist.

The Isle of Eigg Brewery

Isle of Eigg

Living off the rugged Scottish West Coast, The Isle of Eigg Brewery crafts beer for social and environmental good. As Scotland’s only co-operative brewery — and likely its greenest — they’re committed to sustainable brewing and beer adventures. IPA (5.3%) – An East Coast IPA that’s hop-forward, straw-coloured, and juicy. Brewed with oats and wheat for a soft mouthfeel and dry-hopped with Citra for bright tropical notes and a balanced finish. Pilsner (4.3%) – A crisp, golden pilsner balancing traditional German malt and Noble Saaz hops with the subtle grape notes of Nelson Sauvin for a refreshing, modern twist.

Simple Things Fermentations

Glasgow

A small independent brewery based in Glasgow’s Southside, Simple Things Fermentations celebrates the variety of brewing possibilities with a wide range of naturally carbonated ales and lagers, both modern and traditional in style. Tenements (3.8%) – A lager for all, and all occasions. (Gluten Free) Lager N Lime (3.8%) – Crisp corn lager infused with fresh lime zest for a refreshing twist. Rufus (4.0%) – A super-sessionable Extra Pale Ale hopped with Amarillo, Idaho 7, and Mosaic. 1776 Porter (4.2%) – A robust, full-bodied porter brewed with liquorice to an 18th-century recipe.

Cullach Brewing

Perth

They craft a diverse range of modern and traditional beers with big flavours and bold character. Their lineup blends creativity with craftsmanship, offering something for every kind of beer lover. Tayside IPA (4.2%) – Hoppy and sessionable with notes of grapefruit and pine. Reverb (6%) – A rich and malty American Brown Ale. Zephyr (4.6%) – Crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced Pilsner. Otter (12%) – Decadent Imperial Stout with coconut and cacao nibs.

Brew Toon 

Peterhead

They have been crafting bold, adventurous beers since 2017. Each small batch is packed with character, brewed using local ingredients and inspired by the wild spirit of the sea. Weekend Hooker (5%) Lager - Gold winner for Best Lager in Scotland 2023. Cherry Crush (5.7%) Black Cherry Sour - black cherry and a tart, juicy finish. Breach of the Peach (5.5%) Peach Milkshake IPA, A limited-edition. Hot Cross Cinnabun (5.5%) Spiced Pastry Golden Ale - cinnamon, vanilla, and pastry notes.

Dalkeith, Midlothian

Creating highly hopped, fruited, barrel-aged and funked-up beers with a modern twist. Octlantis (4%) Hazy Pale Ale brewed with Citra, Mosaic & Sabro. Tropical with citrus & coconut. Sea Dragon (5.4%) IPA, Citra and El Dorado hops for pineapple & mango flavours. Kanaloa (5.5%) Pineapple Sour, with cherry wood smoked malt. Lords of Summer (6.2%) Coconut IPA with Citra, Sabro, Galaxy & Krush hops. Blossom (6.4%) Jasmine Blossom NEIPA with BRU-1, El Dorado & Rakau hops.
